Pool - Club House Reservations

Pool/Clubhouse Reservations: Homeowners are welcome to reserve the Pool and/or Club House for birthday parties or events. Reservations are not exclusive and other homeowners may still use the pool during your reserved time. However, a Reservation Notice announcing your birthday party or event will be posted on the day of your reservation informing other homeowners of your event and your reservation of the Club House kitchen.

Please contact the HOA Board if you have not been issued a pool key for your residence, and please pass this information to any new residents. Additional questions can be directed to the pool committee or the HOA Board.

Rosewood Estates Pool Rules

No life guard on duty. Swim at your own risk
Absolutely no animals in the pool or pool area
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
Infants/young children must wear a swim diaper
Absolutely no glass containers in the pool or pool area
No loud or abusive language
No running and/or rough housing
No smoking in pool clubhouse or inside fenced pool deck area
Only two guests per member excluding immediate family members
Rosewood Estates HOA member must be present with guests
Music volume should be reasonable–please be courteous to others

** Pool Operating Hours 9am-10pm.
** Pool Open Season May TBA - September TBA.

Rosewood Pool Clubhouse Rules/Reservations

All parties/meetings must be scheduled with the pool committee–please contact a pool committee member with the time and date for availability.
Please clean up the clubhouse after your party or meeting–failure to do so will result in the member being assessed a fee in the amount of the cleaning cost and or repair.
Please do not leave personal items or pool toys in the clubhouse or pool area–items will be kept for one week and then discarded.
The swimming pool area cannot be reserved exclusively - clubhouse only (2 hour max).

** Please report any damages or maintenance concerns to pool committee/HOA Board
