We are very excited to announce our brand new playground is open just in time for summer.

Rosewood Estates Playground Area Rules

Smoking, Vaping, Alcohol, and Open Carry Firearms are not allowed in the Playground Area.
Glass containers are not allowed in the Playground Area.
Noise: Excessive noise will not be permitted. The determination of excessive noise shall be solely the right of the Rosewood Estates HOA Board. As the Premises are near private homes, all those who use the Playground Area shall be respectful of neighbors.
Parking: we ask that residents walk to the Playground Area. The Rosewood Estates CCR parking rules apply for those parking in the vicinity of the Playground Area.
Pets: Pets are not permitted in the Playground Area, except as authorized by the written consent of the Rosewood Estates HOA.
Liability: The Rosewood Estates HOA is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
Responsibility: Homeowners will be held responsible for the actions and behavior of their children and guests.
Maintenance: Playground Area is closed while maintenance of Playground Equipment or mowing is underway.
Skateboards/Bicycles: No skateboards or bicycles allowed on Playground Equipment.
Motorized Vehicles: No motorized vehicles are allowed in the Playground Area.
No jumping off Playground Equipment or climbing up slides.
Playground Equipment is rated for children ages 5 to 12.
Playground Area is open from dawn till dusk.
Playground Area is for Rosewood Estates HOA residents and their guests only.

Please contact the Rosewood Estates HOA Board of Directors immediately to report any damaged playground equipment.
